Executive Team
Thomas R. Sedlak
President & Chief Executive Officer
Tom Sedlak joined the steel industry in 2008 as the Controller for Precision Marshall Steel. Since that time, he has held a variety of roles in senior and executive management including continuing to be the CEO of Kinetic's parent organization, Precision Marshall Steel.
Prior to the steel industry, Mr. Sedlak has held Controllership roles with PPG Industries and DQE Energy Services. His background includes turnaround management, finance, and strategy across several manufacturing industries.
Mr. Sedlak earned a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Jeff Midday VP

Having been in the manufacturing and design world for his entire career, Jeff brings a wide range of strategic, operational, and engineering experience from the oil and gas, semiconductor, automation, and contract services industries. Jeff oversees the daily business of Kinetic, and is committed to operational excellence and being a true strategic partner for all Kinetic customers.
Brian Uzcategui
Vice President of Sales
Brian has extensive experience in the tissue/towel industry. Very familiar with international markets. Currently is focusing on North America, South and Central America as well as the Caribbean. He can communicate fluently in Spanish and Portuguese.
Jeff Carr
National Sales Director
Jeff Carr brings decades of leadership experience in industrial cutting solutions and metals processing. Prior to joining Kinetic, Jeff served as Executive Vice President at IKS, where he led strategic growth initiatives across both tissue and steel cutting markets. His extensive industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and proven ability to build high-performing sales organizations make him a key driver of Kinetic’s expansion plans. Jeff is focused on strengthening partnerships with steel mills, service centers, toll processors, recyclers, and fabricators by delivering responsive service, technical expertise, and precision cutting solutions.
